The team at Tyco Tamar consists of Chartered and Professional mechanical and electrical engineers as well as system integrators. The Engineers are supported by technicians and draughting expertise.

Tyco Tamar is committed to technical quality and tailor-made solutions, ensuring the most effective overall result for each hydro power plant. Design and Engineering is done by use of SolidEdge, SolidWorks, AutoCad modeling and technical calculation programs such a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Flow Analysis. The use of 3D modeling enables us to benefit from input to CNC production and micro machined components. The materials used, Technical Engineering and our manufacturing quality systems ensure a long equipment life with low maintenance and running costs. Electrical, Control and SCADA design of Tamar turbines is done by using the latest software programs and equipment.
